  •  “Basic Plus”                     Basic  and a weekly security and reporting service (by email) –  and  the forwarding of mail.
  •  “Enhanced”                     Basic plus and the dealing with utility bills and municipality charges including documentation and registration and communal charges (for apartments  and complexes).
  •  Management”                  Enhanced plus  property repairs, pool  cleaning and gardening etc.
  •  Management Plus”          As Property  Management but including cleaning,  inventories etc.

Service costs start at € 100 a year for the “Basic Service” to  approximately € 150 per month  for “Management Plus”, dependent upon the type and location of the property. Services can be tailored to meet individual needs.
